Wednesday night saw Elon Musk take to Twitter to jokingly announce his intention to purchase Coca-Cola, as he looks to bring back a banned ingredient. A few days ago, Musk bought Twitter in a multi-billion dollar deal and is now the owner of the popular social media platform. Musk wants to buy Coca-Cola The Tesla CEO joked that he is going to buy Coca-Cola in order to bring back its original recipe and reintroduce an ingredient that is prohibited, because it is considered as a drug. "Next I'm buying Coca-Cola to put the cocaine back in," he wrote on Twitter. An Internet user reminded Musk that the first bottle of Coca-Cola sold in 1894 contained 3.5 grams of cocaine before being replaced by caffeine in 1903.
